Strategic Conservation Solutions is pleased to welcome Fey Egan as a summer intern in our DC office. Fey is an OSU graduate student in forest hydrology with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in forest engineering. She is participating this summer in an internship program and class on advocacy in natural resources run through the University of Michigan. Fey has special interests in water resources, agroforestry, and soil sciences. Outside of school, Fey enjoys being an active community member. She is a volunteer barista for Corvallis, Oregon’s Good Samaritan Hospital, and a past volunteer community gardener for Food Roots in Tillamook, Oregon. She also enjoys performing in bands that do musical fund raisers like the Irish Echo of Eugene, in which she plays the Irish penny whistle, and The Maharimbas of Corvallis, who are a marimba band.
